Cost for setup an outlet should be approximately RM324, 600.00 and above. Basically would be different base on
renovation works & building rental.

Prospect need to submit all related documentation required. Licensee interest form, Letter of Intent, CTOS consent form,
bank statement for 6-12 month and business plan. HQ will process and calling for interview.

As long as business or company registered and active in SSM

After issued LO & Agreement. Owner will proceed to do renovation works base on ID drawing given by HQ or approved
by HQ. Major time consuming normally base on renovation works timeline.

Radius min 1km or depend on population.

Standard size/ area 1200sqft to 1500sqft. Maximum 1800sqft

Richiamo HQ prefer COD basis on purchasing stock. No terms. for the management fee, we will impose every month base
on gross sales. Payment transaction should be online banking, cash or cheque

Need to add on about RM50,000 to RM80,000. TOTAL to become from RM349,600 to RM379,600

At this moment no charges

We call it management fee. 5% remain unchanged.Contract need to renew every 5 years.

Richiamo HQ will assist from the begining. From CI, renovation works, ID drawing, material finishes specification,
machinery & equipment, training and during opening outlet.

For prospect who eager to start the business but never have any experience and any business entity, we encourage to
apply. Usually we will request personal bank account statement

Richiamo HQ only estimate and allocate RM20,000.00 base on estimation setup cost. Licensee need directly pay to the
landlord (if rented). Rental could slighly higher and lower base on outlet location.

NO. It is between Tenant(licensee) and landlord. Any submission for approval, licensee need communicate directly with
local authorities.

Based on Sales. Fulltime 4 person. Partime min 3 person. Start with no shift for 3 days. After that licensee can try by 2
shift (morning- 9.00am-5.00pm) & (evening-3.00pm-11.00pm). Partime minimum hours 6-8hours. Outlet capability to
cater customer.

Staff provided by licensee. Training provided by Richiamo HQ for 2 days in training centre for theory . 3 days on floor,
send to the HQ existing outlets.

Follow Malaysia standard; minimum wages for permanent staff RM1,500 (Otherwise depend on both parties discretion,
sometimes slightly lower due to certain area. Eg: small town.) For part time For contract full services RM6/hour.

Will allow base on circumstances. Basically bad sales. Cannot survive. Prior to HQ discretion. The relocation fee
RM10,000.00 will be borne to Licensee as per contract.

HQ will promote any new outlet opening through media channel. Marketing dept will open social media account such as
instagram, but licensee need to do their part as well to promote and acknowledge their customer

YES. We are using Sis Pos system which connected between HQ and outlet.
